Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping container, including all original grading certificates and documentation.

  Ship Securely

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
